Our Rock-Solid God

Psalm 42:9 – it tells us God is our Rock.  God is my Rock.  I contemplated the qualities of a rock.  A big rock is pretty much immovable – and let’s face it, the Lord is a pretty big rock!  He will not be shaken from any stance He takes.  He is not fragile, as I so often am.  I can count on Him to make me solid as I lean on Him.  He is unchangeable and so completely durable.  It is safe to say He is a most reliable foundation on which to plant my feet!
